May we walk in the power and authority that You have given us each and every day. May we never forget the power and authority that has been granted unto us to do Your work. Stir within us a fresh desire to go out and spread Your Word.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Matthew 10:7-8 NKJV
“And as you go, preach, saying, ‘The kingdom of heaven is at hand.’ Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the dead, cast out demons. Freely you have received, freely give.”
Deliver me, O Lord, from evil and mean men. Preserve me from violent men who plan evil things in their hearts. They gather together for war, they sharpen their tongues like a serpent, with poison on their lips. Keep me from the hands of the wicked. Preserve me from violent men.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Psalm 140:1-5 NKJV
“Deliver me, O Lord, from evil men; Preserve me from violent men, Who plan evil things in their hearts; They continually gather together for war. They sharpen their tongues like a serpent; The poison of asps is under their lips. Selah
Keep me, O Lord, from the hands of the wicked; Preserve me from violent men, Who have purposed to make my steps stumble. The proud have hidden a snare for me, and cords; They have spread a net by the wayside; They have set traps for me. Selah”
You are our light and salvation. Whom shall we fear? You are the strength of our lives. Of whom shall we be afraid? When the wicked and the evil one comes against us to eat up our flesh, our enemies and our foes will stumble and fall. Though an army may encamp against us, our hearts shall not fear. One thing we have desired of You, O Lord, is that we will seek You and that we may dwell in Your house all the days of our lives, to behold Your beauty. For in the time of trouble You shall hide us in Your pavilion. In the secret place of Your tabernacle You shall hide us. You shall set us High on a rock. Our heads shall be lifted up above our enemies. We shall sing praises of joy in your tabernacle. We shall sing praises to You, O Lord. Hear, O Lord, when we cry with our voices.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
“The Lord is my light and my salvation; Whom shall I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; Of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked came against me To eat up my flesh, My enemies and foes, They stumbled and fell. Though an army may encamp against me, My heart shall not fear; Though war may rise against me, In this I will be confident. One thing I have desired of the Lord, That will I seek: That I may dwell in the house of the Lord All the days of my life, To behold the beauty of the Lord, And to inquire in His temple. For in the time of trouble He shall hide me in His pavilion; In the secret place of His tabernacle He shall hide me; He shall set me high upon a rock.
And now my head shall be lifted up above my enemies all around me; Therefore I will offer sacrifices of joy in His tabernacle; I will sing, yes, I will sing praises to the Lord. Hear, O Lord, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, Lord, I will seek.” Do not hide Your face from me; Do not turn Your servant away in anger; You have been my help; Do not leave me nor forsake me, O God of my salvation. When my father and my mother forsake me, Then the Lord will take care of me.
Teach me Your way, O Lord, And lead me in a smooth path, because of my enemies. Do not deliver me to the will of my adversaries; For false witnesses have risen against me, And such as breathe out violence. I would have lost heart, unless I had believed That I would see the goodness of the Lord In the land of the living. Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, And He shall strengthen your heart; Wait, I say, on the Lord!”
The barren land shall be glad for Your people, Your remnant. The desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose. All of our city shall blossom abundantly and rejoice. Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon, and the excellence of Carmel and Sharon shall be given to our city . We shall see the glory of the Lord, the excellency of You, O Lord, our God. Strengthen the weak hands, and make firm the feeble knees. We will be strong and not fear. You, O God, will come with vengeance and will save our city. The eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. The lame shall leap like a deer, and the tongue of the dumb will sing. Waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, and streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, and the thirsty land springs of water.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.
Isaiah 35:1-8 NKJV
“The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. The glory of Lebanon shall be given to it, The excellence of Carmel and Sharon. They shall see the glory of the Lord, The excellency of our God. Strengthen the weak hands, And make firm the feeble knees.
Say to those who are fearful-hearted, “Be strong, do not fear! Behold, your God will come with vengeance, With the recompense of God; He will come and save you.” Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.”
In that day our city will say: “O Lord, I will praise You.” Your anger is turned away from us, and You comfort us. God, You are our salvation. We will trust and not be afraid. You, O Lord, are our strength and song. You are our salvation. With joy we will draw water from the wells of salvation. We will praise You, call upon Your name and declare Your deeds. For You have done excellent things. Great are You, O Lord, in the midst of our city.
In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
Isaiah 12 NKJV
“And in that day you will say: “O Lord, I will praise You; Though You were angry with me, Your anger is turned away, and You comfort me. Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; ‘For YAH, the Lord, is my strength and song; He also has become my salvation.’” Therefore with joy you will draw water From the wells of salvation. And in that day you will say: “Praise the Lord, call upon His name; Declare His deeds among the peoples, Make mention that His name is exalted. Sing to the Lord, For He has done excellent things; This is known in all the earth. Cry out and shout, O inhabitant of Zion, For great is the Holy One of Israel in your midst!”
Thank-you for Your promises of health and healing. We came before You and ask that You cause the Bride of Christ to walk in health, strength and vitality.
May the Bride of Christ be diligent to present themselves approved to You, workers who do not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. Fill them with a desire to read and study Your Word. Don’t allow the Bride of Christ to be hears of Your Word only.
By the power of the Holy Spirit, enable the Bride of Christ to present their bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You, which is their reasonable service.
May the Bride of Christ not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of their minds, that they may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
Let a fresh move of the Holy Spirit fill all Your churches and saturate all Your believers. Rekindle the fire of the Holy Spirit within each one and may they burn bright for Your glory.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
Thank-you that You have freed us from the bondage of sin through Jesus Christ. By the power of the Holy Spirit, help us to follow Jesus’ example in sanctification. Cause us to desire to be holy and set apart from sin. May we be reserved for Your use – may we be set apart to do Your will. Cause us to gird up the loins of our minds, be sober, and rest our hope fully upon the grace of Jesus Christ. Let us be as obedient children, not conforming ourselves to our former lusts. May we be holy in all our conduct. Cause us to yield to the Holy Spirit and may there be tangible evidences of growth in our lives. Thank-you that You chose us to be Your temple. May we take great care of and continually sanctify our temples.
In Jesus’ name, Amen
1 Peter 1:13-16 NKJV
“Therefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and rest your hope fully upon the grace that is to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ; as obedient children, not conforming yourselves to the former lusts, as in your ignorance; but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, because it is written, “Be holy, for I am holy.”
1 Corinthians 6:19 NKJV
“Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?”
1 Thessalonians 4:3-7 NKJV
“For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. For God did not call us to uncleanness, but in holiness.”
